Warranty Coverage

Kinza Steel Doors provides a 5-year warranty on all steel doors against any manufacturing defects that may arise under normal usage conditions. This warranty is applicable from the date of installation.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from the following:

  • Improper maintenance, negligence, tampering, vandalism, abnormal use, or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by washing with chemicals, accidents, or any external factors beyond the control of Kinza Steel Doors.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or improper installation carried out by third parties.

  • Use of abrasive cleaning agents, exposure to harsh chemicals, high humidity, severe environmental conditions, or liquid/oil seepage.

  • Physical damages such as scratches, dents, or color fading caused by careless handling or improper usage.

  • Repairs or replacements performed by unauthorized service personnel or agencies.

  • Paint on door sills is not covered under warranty.

Important Usage & Maintenance Guidelines

  • Lamination protection must be removed within 7 working days from the date of installation.

  • Kinza Steel Doors does not recommend sticking any tapes, adhesives, or similar materials on the door surface.
